i am currently sitting in the dublin airport.
after going to bed at 2am, waking up at 430am,navigating the mean streets of paris at 5am, watching the sunrise over the french countryside at 7am, boarding an airplane at 9am, snoring on an airplane, flying over the sea, losing my favorite scarf, telling the man who looked at my passport that i was meeting my fiance's parents in ireland (?)..i have arrived in ireland.
i am currently sitting in the dublin airport, drinking a pint (when i arrived at 10am people were drinking pints of guiness..when in rome..) and waiting for my bus to take me to kilkenny where i will be working in a hostel a few hours a week in exchange for room/board. i hope to find a job in a pub to make up for all the money i spent in paris!

ReplyDeleteno, i mean tell them the truth i suppose. but when i told him that i was staying for a month, he said "ooh it must be for a boy!" and i didn't want to disappoint him, so i said yes and he got even more excited and asked if i was meeting the in-laws and i said maybe. lol
